Then you need to know that the California Air Resources Board (CARB) enforces a set of air pollution regulations affecting all types of heavy-duty diesel vehicles operating in the State. If your vehicles are NOT already compliant, you need to know what to do to be compliant for 2018. And if your vehicles ARE compliant, you still may need to report to remain compliant.
